蓄熱燃燒技術(shù)是一種在高溫低氧空氣狀況下燃燒的技術(shù)。又稱高溫空氣燃燒技術(shù),全名稱為高溫低氧空氣燃燒技術(shù)(High Temperature and Low Oxygen AirCombustion-HTLOAC),也作HTAC(High Temperature Air Combustion )技術(shù),也有稱之為無焰燃燒技術(shù),通常高溫空氣(煤氣)溫度僅僅比爐溫低于100~200℃。蓄熱式燃燒技術(shù)從根本上提高了窯爐的能源利用率,主要回收了煙氣中85%以上的的熱量,從而減少了燃料的消耗。特別是對低熱值燃料的合理利用,有非常不錯的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,從而成為滿足當(dāng)前資源和環(huán)境要求的先進技術(shù)。另外,蓄熱式燃燒技術(shù)的采用又強化了加熱爐內(nèi)的爐氣循環(huán),均勻爐子的溫度場,提高了加熱質(zhì)量,效果非常顯著。

The technology of regenerative combustion is a kind of technology that burns under the condition of high temperature and low oxygen air. Also called high temperature air combustion technology, the full name is called the high temperature and low oxygen air combustion technology (High Temperature and Low Oxygen Air Combustion-HTLOAC), also as HTAC (High Temperature Air Combustion) technology, also known as flameless combustion technology, usually the temperature of high temperature air (coal gas) is only lower than the temperature of the furnace. The regenerative combustion technology has fundamentally increased the energy utilization rate of the kiln, mainly recovered more than 85% of the heat from the flue gas, thus reducing the consumption of fuel. In particular, the rational utilization of low calorific value fuel has very good economic and social benefits, thus becoming an advanced technology to meet the requirements of current resources and environment. In addition, the adoption of regenerative combustion technology reinforces the furnace gas circulation in the furnace, even the temperature field of the furnace, and improves the heating quality. The effect is very significant.
